Hi! Both type of jobs come with their repective positive and negative points. Government jobs come with high job security, benefits, pensions, etc. On the other hand private jobs need you to work hard; the reward for performance is high in terms of money and as you grow in the job, the benefits also improve. Hello Mr. Chandra, I suggest you not to quit your present job. Another thing it is better to hold the present job and if you are interested in do the course do it and find for the position in central govt organizations you wishing for and can expect to draw more than what you are drawing now. Moreover i woud like to say one thing in our country anybody who lives planned way of living i think the amount drawing will be right enough and however government will be increasing the salaries according to the market situation .
