    Hi Monojit,
There are many colleges / universities which offer you MBA through Distance mode, but I would suggest you to choose the regular mode of MBA as it carries more value and worth as compared to the distance education. Choosing a specialization would depend entirely on your career interests and aspirations so there is way to guide you other than to say that go for a course in which you would really like to make a long lasting career and grow in it .

Monojit, MBA specialization is also chosen with an eye in the type of work you do or the kind of career you want for yourself. An Instrumentation Engineer may choose Marketing if he is in the Marketing kind of job, he can choose Operations if he in the manfuacturing sector, he may choose TQM if he is in the Quality control kind of job. Infact if an Instrumentation Engineer wishes to divert then he may even choose Finance as his specialization subject.
