if u will get selected for ICICI BANK PO .then dont listen to any one please go and join ,then take 30k per month starting .im also po iin icici

Hi, ICICI Manipal Academy of Banking and Insurance (IMA) is a joint venture of the ICICI Bank and the renowned Manipal Group&#039;. The Academy offers many courses to train the personnel of the ICICI Bank. Probationary officer programme is one of those programs. &amp;nbsp; The Academy provides Probationary officer programme to train selected Probationary Officers of the ICICI Bank. Main focus of the program is to impart functional knowledge of general management and specialized knowledge of banking related subjects. Hi Khyati, ICICI bank probationary officer programme will allow you to get the in depth knowledge of bank functions and also will get you placed in the department that you would be assigned best. There are different departments on the basis of which they judge your strength. The bank provides a residential training to the selected candidates and this selection of candidates is made through a written test . The topics which are the main part of the training:* Corporate Banking* Private Banking* Risk and Credit Management* Treasury* Branch Management* Relationship Management It can not be confirmed if this is done only for the field work or not as all these segments include both operational work as well as the field work.
