What is the eligibility for M.TECH?

during admission of m tech,what preference is given GATE or BE AGGREGATE.if i have less than 60 %,will i b able to get addmission for m tech.what is eligibility for m tech

    Hi, almost all engineering colleges/institutes admit students to M.Tech courses based on the GATE score. However, some of the deemed universities conduct their own entrance tests for M.Tech admission. Generally, the minimum eligibility is B.Tech. / M.Sc. or equivalent with CGPA 6.75 on a 10 point scale or 60% marks in aggregate for general category with GATE (a) 300 score for general category. The GATE Score of a candidate is in the range 0 to 1000. It reflects the performance of a candidate, irrespective of the GATE paper or year in which he/she has qualified.     Getting Degree is not enough and selecting a career option is now a days is very tough job as well. Web Development like eCommerce Solution u need to to equipped urself with some of the languages like PHP, Javascript, HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS, AJEX lots of there. If u choose Linux platform for the Web Development then it will be having bright future. For Web Designing u need to go with Graphic Designing I don't think this is the for u.
    Some new streams if u would like to look around. System Administrator, Network Administrator and Security Administrator are having very bright future. If u choose Linux platform fot this line then it will b
