    Hi Kaushik,
To pursue PhD from any good University in India/ Abroad it is important to first complete your Master only after which you would be eligible for PhD. It is also necessary to complete you prior education through regular mode and that too from a recognized and reputed University / Institution.

Hi, There are some universities which do provide admission to doctoral programs or masters programs leading to a PhD to graduates, however, you need to be a graduate in the specified discipline. It is best for you to enroll for a regular full time masters in human resource management in India, complete the course and on the basis of your masters seek PhD options overseas. Apart from the score in an English language proficiency tests, some universities require references, statement of purpose, GRE etc. For exact eligibility you need to check with the university directly.
