Hi, a Deemed University is an autonomous status  granted to high performing institutes and if they are able to maintain the same performance for a certain period of time, then they are given the status of University by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of India. A UGC Act university enjoys the same academic power as that of deemed University. Hope this helps. If you need further help or guidance you could revert. All the best.

deemed university facilitates u to study in your way. Main Advantage is that you can get Admission to any full fledged university even though u r already in a deemed university .
