    Hi Gunjan,
    There are various options that one choose to opt after 10th based on the basis of your interests and career preferences. In most of the High Schools, there are three stream options: Science (Medical/ Engineering), Commerce, and Humanities(Arts).
    If you are keen to pursue Engineering or the related fields post your 12th then you should opt for the Science stream with subjects- Physics, Chemistry and Maths ; But if you are keen to pursue Medicine then you may opt for Biology as a substitute to Maths or as another added subject.

    There are various streams you can opt for after 10 th.like Science , commerce , Arts & various diploma courses.see if you wanna go for science then Study hard is a must.After taking science stream after 12th you can do Engg, Medical , Pharmacy,Architecture.
    If you are intersted more in accountancy then opt for Commerce.after 12th in commerce you can Bcom, BCA, BBA & also CA
    If intersted in ARTS then opt for ARTS.aftr 12th in ARTS side .you can do BFT, BBA and BA, MA courses in various colleges.
