What is the standing of Gems B School

I am intrested in joining Gems B School but just want to clarify that any foreign Institutions in India need to be affiliated to some Indian University, in collaboration with Indian Institutions. So which Indian Institute is Gems B School affiliated with and will the placements be appropriate..?
