How to make career into Ethical Hacking? And how is CCNA certification beneficial in the field of networking?

Hi sir iam satish i did my P.G with(C.S) in 2008.I choose networking field and completed mcse and ccna cources.Now i have no job.Is it necessary to get a certification on ccna for getting a job in n/w side?And i want to know eithical hacking course details.which one is better ccna or hacking?
