No it's impossible to do ME/MTECH after BSC(IT)/BSC. The minimun EQ for ME/MTECH is BTECH, BTECH with GATE SCORE or MCA or MSC (IT, CS, Elctronics, Math)and u have appear thier entrance exam for this purposes.

No, usually most of the universities accept either BE/B.tech or M.Sc as the qualification to do m.tech. However, if you are so eager to do m.tech, I would advise you to go for msc first then you can go for m.tech program. As you have IT background you can have very good future with good mtech progra
