I have completed my B tech,. in Mechanical and I have 2 years of experience.now I am joining for Liverpool University (UK) for Msc in Advanced Manufacturing technology. will I be eligible for teaching proffession or any other government jobs with this Master degree in India?

The Pg degree what you are earning in UK is valid all over the world. For teaching you might ahve to do you your Mphil or Mres. Indian Gove recognises the UK degree very well
