P., experience is not required, what you require is a rich father or gaurdian, else a PG mgmt enterance exam which any idiot can get through with some right training and mock exam papers, you are already a professional graduate you can acheive just do some-thing in right direction--

No its not necessary to have work exp. to get admission in IIM, but it will be better for you to gain some exp and develope your communication skill
