Hi i have complete B.E in Comp Engg from Mumbai University in the year 2001 but i dont have any IT experience & now i want to find a job in IT company so need some guidance regarding how to get a job in IT industry i have total 5.5 years of experience in NON IT field i have total 4.8 mth exp in bank

Go learn something new. Especially, a good programming language like Java, .Net, PHP or JSP.
