What are the admission requirements to get admission in NUS ? Is GRE mandatory ?

hello sir,I'm studying 3rd year ECE in chennai.I wish do M.Sc in singapore(NUS).is this difficult to get?what are the basic requirements they need?whether GRE is needed?
