better you opt Vellore Institute of Technology, BITS pilani and Bits Mesra- Ranchi. Other option is IISc Don't do it just for name sake

No such there...! MS is a highly valued degree all over world, so never persue it from some low graded institution. The best way is to go through GATE. If you will be able to score 550+ marks along with 96% percentile in GATE as a general candidate then you can find direct admission into IIT's, II
