What is the importance of M.Phil - Distance mode while applying for lecturership. Are you eligible for salary as per UGC scale.

It has equal importance as full time M.Phil. However t get UGC grade and also to be employed as lecturer, passing nET or SLET is compulsory so you have to focus on clearing this
