What are the eligibility criteria to pursue 12th from NOIS?
sir,Is it possible for a 12th failed sudent via CBSE to appear via NIOS in oct-nov session.If some one want fresh certificate{not mentioning old roll no of CBSE}Pls, suggest all the way possible.

Yes you can apply but not for Oct, for Oct admission is already closed in NIOS you can apply for March April
You will get fresh roll no there
