i am lungten from bhutan working under ministry of information & communication, and i am just completed my class 12 in the year of 2007 in arts stream and i am very much interested to upgrate my qualification. so my worry is that is your university have the course related to or not?

Dear Lungten, specially for students from SAARC countries, government of India has started south asian university in Delhi. If you want to do a full time course you can apply there http://www.southasianuniversity.org/ if you want to do through distance learning, you can do it from IGNOU
