what are the other countries that provide free education like Germany and living expenses are low?

Hi Abir,
Education for international students are not completely free in the European or any other countries you may get the scholarships to waive off the tuition fees or get some help in the studies. Earlier education was free in Sweden for all the students however now its gonna be chargeable for
