hi!i just want to know that if i m an obc candidate then can i take admn thru gen category in ip university?and if i go thru gen category in 1st counselling,then can i change my category to obc in 2nd counelling? plz rply........ thanx

Admissions are made on the basis of rank. The category must have been filled by you while you were submitting your entrance form. So you cannot modify that during the admission. But an OBC candidate is also considered in general quota.
