Which is the best short term course to pursue along with MBA(hr)?

hi ,i m manali , i m doing mba(human resource) frm sikkim manipal unvrsty,distance learning. pls suggest me some short term courses related to mba (hr) field so that i get good job.as my course is correspondence so i want to do some side by side courses .pls help me out!!!
