Dear Julio,
If you are to pursue M.Tech. from an institute of high reputation like IIT, then you will need not MBA anymore as you will already switch to domain of experts in Computers.

It is not a compulsion to pursue MBA post M.tech, it varies on the basis of the person's interest and requirement.
As for the salaries are concerned, An engg graduate of IIT would definitely get great job options with lucrative remunerations but would be based on student's academic bril
