Hi, I am Engineering graduate with 3.6 years of experience in IT recruitment. Could you please suggest me a distance learning or part time course (from Indian university) that could help me to have exposure with other HR operations as well. It would be great if course is really cost effective. thank

Hi, As you are at early stage of your career the best option for you is a full time MBA degree in HR. however, if you can not go for a regular program you can opt for a part time MBA degree in HR. Other options for you could be a course in SAP HR, Six Sigma etc. You can also choose to do a Master
