What are the eligibility criteria to pursue MS in Canada?

i hav completed my 12th in d yr 2006 in science nd just scored 45%,\n nd after dat keeping 1 yr of gap i did diploma in animation nd\n multimedia nd completed in dec 2008..so wat kind of courses \ni m eligible for????? nd my plan is to study in canada nd\n i scored 6 bands overall in ilets...
