Hi,
Based on your rank it seems difficult to get admission in any top college. You may try in those colleges which accepts less score or private colleges.

The rank you've got is too high. If you want admission in any of the top 10 colleges then you work hard for another year and re write the exam. In any case, the counseling for AIEE has already half way through... so you must have got the answer yourself. best of luck ...
