Yes, I have done 2 yrs Post Diploma in Infromation Technology after 3 yrs Diploma Engineering and now also am doing MCA 2nd semester from IGNOU but due to lack of lecturer I want to search to another university. Can I join for Msc IT? And in which University is good for for distance education.
