Post graduate certificate in clinical research (PGCCR) and Post graduate diploma in clinical research (PGDCR) courses are available ,fees of which is 45000/-and 60000/-respectively duration is 4-Months and 6-Months

There is no institute offer quality education in CR in India, if you are really interested, better opt to study in UK
