What is the difference between M.Tech and M.S.
i m amritendu guha B.E.(computer) 2010 passout actually i m confused which course to opt for mba,mtec or ms.i want to know the difference between mtec and ms. second i need to know which course will be better for me among the above mentioned courses and also their future scope of each respectively

Hi Amritendu, In M.Tech course duration is 2 years and it is something more of B tech ,just the assignments and subject will get tougher. Where we are just doing 1 year project but not research oriented project .Coming to the M.S the course duration varies from 2-4 years but it is purely research oriented where your main focus will be on Practical knowledge and self study about the subject and the project that you have been allotted with.Atlast it is going to be your decision as on which stream to choose out of both.
