IGNOU is Govt Owned university. Animation Degree is provided by SMU, MSU, KSOU,PTU and lot of other universities. Requirement will be infrastructure as per their norms including classrooms, labs, library,counsellor cabin, placement cabin, front office, society registration etc. regards Sanjay Khimes
