wht are the carrer aspects in ngo pradan as i m a engineer with 62% i got a job there inintial of 10,000pm as a tranee for 1 year than a officer.....should i join or take adroup to prepare for mtech to increase my qualifiction and expect a much better job...plz guide wht should i do now i m 21 years
