can any one brief the procedure for pursuing doctoral programme in IIMB. is writing MAT compulsory?

I know very-well .who is the Priministor of india .But i want to know what is the process of asking the question in shiksh.com

IIMB doesn't accept MAT score. You have to appear for CAT. For doctoral progrmmes at IIMs usually you should have 15 years experience.
