I had completed 2 semester of M.TECH in chemical from IT BHU before i Joined NPCIL.Unfortunately, the time to complete the project is over and cannot complete it.Is there any university which gives due credit to 2 semester and offer project completion for award of M.tech Degree.

I suggest that you pursue with IT BHU for allowing you some time to finish teh project. You may even talk to your head in NPCIL and ask his guidance if they will allow the project to be completed under a qualified excutive/ engineer as external guide. you may even try to take an alternate topic suit
