How should an IAS aspirant go about choosing his subjects

dear sir, i am a 1st year student at National Law Institute University, Bhopal, pursuing BALL.B course. I want to be an IAS, but i have no idea about subjects. what subjects will be good for me.what about public administration and law, and should i start in 1st year or wait for sometime .please help

Hi Navneet! There are two parts in which the Civil Services Exam takes place and these are: Preliminary and Main. The subjects in both the phase may differ, in fact the choice expands in the Main exam. Although it would not be possible for us to provide you with the entire list of the subjects/ to
