I am a B.Sc. graduate and working as a Tester in a reputed MNC for last 2.8 years, I would like to know, how prospective it would be for my present career, if i opt for the satellite courses provided by XLRI , like PGCBM, PGCHRM ? I am not sure how much value they can get in terms of qualification.
