Which program will add value to an MCA working as a Tech Support Executive
Hi, i have done MCA in the year 2006 and have worked as tech support associate with a reputed company, I planning to move to software field, ms certification or cisco certification with good option or do you suggest one.

you can go for RCHE and CCNA and also MCSE , it will help with you grow technical skills. For Software- development field go for MSDN certifications.
