is it better to join the mba courses after b.tech or to go for job for two years and then going for job?

many graduates are having the same dought like u ..of u are having any intrest for joining mba is better to go head,if job is not a mandatory for u untill ur studies,if u want to do job compulsary then go for any job..but my sujjestion is do mba in a specied university OR iipm's other wise u go for
