Which are the best universities in India to pursue integrated B.tech through correspondence?

I Finished my Diploma in IS and i am working now. i am thinking to take correspondence degree.. so is BTech In CS(3 years) or Integrated MCA(4years)....? Which is good.. Please suggest...

Dear Deepuky, B.Tech and MCA are almost considered for similar job profiles in the IT industry. I wouldn't suggest you to waste extra 1 year just for the sake of a PG degree as the subjects of MCA and B.Tech. are almost same. You will get to earn nothing extra after you complete MCA. Best of luck
