i have done BE electronics in 2009 after Bsc maths (2003) recently i m selected for CDAC -DAC course but i have years of gap between two degrees.I have done job but i have no testimonials or certificates b'caz nature of work is not useful for future carieer. Can age effects on IT career? & how?
