sir , this is suman(25), recently completed my btech in civil engg and joined mtech in iitb . also i got selected to IOCL . so i am in a dilemma whether to continue in mtech or go to job, my parents insisting to go to job , but my family doesnt have any financial problems.

Well Suman, i think your parents are right, you are so lucky to get a job in today's competitive world in well reputed Co. I suggest u to grab the job & gain experience bcoz in every field experience is a key factor. And last but not least Congrats For Your Selection
