I have completed my BE (IT) this year. I am very much interested in animation film designing. please guide me about the best 10 places for this in ahmedabad.

Check out Arena or MAAC. Best place surely is NID..Visit all possible institutes in Ahmedabad and then take your own informed and researched decision.

Do understand that Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this.
