I have done my BE in Information Technology and for the past 2 yrs I have been doing managerial jobs. I want to get back into Programming or Database side. Pursing a course in NIIT with job. I want to get recruited in some IT giant. I think to enter i need to do MTECH from gud institute. Pls suggst.
