What are the eligibility criteria to pursue M.Tech in astronomy?
Can we do M.Tech(Astronomy) after B.Sc(H) in Physics?\nI am a 1st yr student, studying B.Sc(H) in Physics from Delhi University.\nPlease tell me, if any way to pursue M.Tech in Astronomy after B.Sc. \nI am in great dilemma.\nPlease help!!!!

Hi Ritu,
With a B.Sc degree in Astronomy, you do not stand eligible for the M.tech course. To pursue the intended degree course, you would require to first complete Masters in the same discipline i.e. M.Sc.
There are many institutes/ Universities which are offering M.Sc in Physics or Astronomy and

NO. To do M.Tech you should have post graduation in Astro Physics / astronomy. So go ahead with your B.Sc physics, then in the final sem you can actually put your thoughts to work.
