What are the eligibility criteria to pursue BE in Germany?

Sir,i have completed post ssc diploma in mechanical engineering.i wish to study in germany for my BE.Are diploma holders eligible for applying for BE in Germany?Is it possible to take admission in summer semester i.e. january-may?Please guide me about the best universities which have English medium.

Hi Anurag, In order to do under graduate program in engineering from gemany in the related field you must Qualified secondary school leaving certificate after 12 years and one year of successful university study in a field related to the intended field of study or proof that you passed BOTH PARTS
