hello sir my name is kamal..,my doubt is that isnt there any minimum aggregate limit relaxation in IITs and NITs..??? ive heard that all of them ask for a 60% minimum..,but mine is 59.83%....,so am asking you the question...!! plss reply me asap sir...!!
