Im working in BPO for last 5 yrs & in position of a TL for 3yrs. Im currently pursuing my MPM. I understand I will be considered as a fresher in this field & pay will be ranging between 10k-15k. Is this true? Can you suggest any additional course I can do to get a better paying job in this field.

Hi, Yes, as you are planning to change your field of experties you need to have something in your hand which will give you a real career boost. Apart from MPM I would suggest you to work on your IT skills. An option could be that you go for a SAP HR course which will give you an edge over those stu
