Which are the best universities in USA to pursue MBA, and what are their eligibility criteria?

Phd in economics, taught for 6 years(university level) then moved into sales for a while. Currently unemployed. I would like to go into finance and I\'m wondering if I\'m too old for that (I\'m 31).
