You need to have minimum 45% in your Graduation then only you can apply for MCA.

Hi Amit,
To be able to apply for the Masters you require to complete your graduation from a recognized University preferably with no ATKTs remaining to be cleared. MCA is Masters in Computer Application and you are eligible to apply for this course provided you clear your course (B.Sc).
