its my final yr of bba. m preprng for cat n othr entrnces.. bt i dont think my preprtn is up to d mark.. shud i jump into mba immediately aftr d completion of bba or giv a gap of at least 1 yr for gainin sm work ex? my target is to gt into top 50 clgs in HR. wat shud i do?? plz help..!!

Its good that your goal is top 50 colleges. Currently you are pursuing your final year BBA. I just want to say that you should continue with your entrance exams. And work experience is not necessary to get an admission in MBA, so you don't need to go for any type gap.Just concentrate on your study.
