i gave my hsc and got 55 % , my PCM marks are 140 ang got 62 in CET in PCM..now for eligibility in engineering in civil 150 marks are required in PCM..bt im not eligible for government colleges.sir i want to do civil engineering ....can u plzz tell me which college i shud try widout donation
