Sikkim Manipal University cannot be compared with IGNOU, you know. Sikkim Manipal University degrees are recognised for three years by DEC. But IGNOU always sets and expects a minimum standard for its programmes.

sikkim manipal is good but ignou is much better than manipal. i dont know abt welingkar because i have never heard abt this. i think you should go for ignou. Best of luck

IGNOU is widely accepted in India compared to any other distance learning programs.. It also recognized by some govt. agencies too. It is also much better than manipal university. but im not sure abt welingkar.......
